Oz Picture Frame

Okay, I just can't wait to post this picture frame. I made it for my sister Kay. It is a late birthday present. She might see it, if she visits the blog, before I see her but oh well. I really had fun doing this one. I made my daughter one too but forgot to take the picture. Her's is very different. I am loving these gifts. Very easy to make and you get a real WOW factor.
